-Called to order at 8 a.m. by acting president Dan Hauck

-Board members attending were Mark Keegan, Joe hip, Chuck Bowers, and Tim McFarlin

-Discussion was had about Bylaws—and were now working off the copy from Bill Wittington-200 I

-Discussion about Wittington's representation of WFA in a contract with Williamson Valley

***Motion was made that WFPA (WFA) will not sign the consent letter due to conflict of interest to Bill Wittington    and have him represent Williamson Valley****PASSED

-Discussion about fire training and needed turnouts and schooling

***Motion made to purchase turnouts and training for firefighters****PASSED

-Mark Herrin agreed to help WFPA by paying for training for 6 firefighters to attend structure class -

Going to keep monthly meeting minutes on tape, public will get synopsis of meeting and if needed tape will be available for review.
